Internal 911 "HONEST TRY" Program Terms and Conditions

What’s an “Honest Try”?

An “Honest Try” means that you’re a first-time buyer of Internal 911, you’ve followed our Suggested Use & Getting the Best Results with Internal 911 for a complete ninety (90) days, and you’ve experienced no relief with Internal 911, though you’ve followed all of the terms and conditions below. We’ll then mail you a check for USD $100. The “Honest Try” Terms and Conditions are as follows:

  1. Purchase Internal 911
    1. Your first purchase of Internal 911 must be a three (3) or more bottle purchase of Internal 911.
      • If you’ve purchased Internal 911 in the past, you do not qualify.
  2. Getting Your “Honest Try” Program Reference Number (HTR#)
    1. Within the first week of receiving your purchase, you must email PhytAge Labs (wecare@phytagesupport.com) with your Name, Order number, and a letter notifying us that you are entering the “Honest Try” Program.
    2. Upon receipt of your email, PhytAge Labs will reply, giving you an official “Honest Try” Program Reference Number (HTR#).
      • Your HTR# is your confirmation from PhytAge Labs that we acknowledge and accept your entry into the “Honest Try” program, and that we expect adherence to our guidelines in order to claim USD $100.
        1. If you have not received a reply email from us containing your HTR# within seven (7) days of emailing us, please call PhytAge Labs Customer Service at 1-800-822-5753 to follow up and get your official HTR# and
          • You must have an official HTR# to claim any money from the “Honest Try” Program.
  3. Begin using Internal 911
    1. Use Internal 911 daily, according to our Suggested Use (on the bottle) and our Getting the Best Results With Internal 911 for a complete period of ninety (90) days without interruption.
    2. Keep a journal (on your computer is recommended for easy email-ability) for the ninety (90) days, noting how you complied with the recommendations given in Getting the Best Results with Internal 911, each day.
    3. Every 30 days (30th, 60th and 90th day), send us a 30-day email update with your daily journal records for that 30-day period. Send to wecare@phytagesupport.com.
  4. On the Ninetieth (90th) Day of The “Honest Try” Program
    1. On the 90th day of your "Honest Try" program, if you have no noticeable relief of problematic gas, bloating and other digestive problems, and intend to claim USD $100:
      • Write wecare@phytagesupport.com letting us know you intend to claim $100, and please explain why.
      • Contact customer service at 1-800-822-5753 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
      • Write the RMA number on the outside of your package
      • Ship your empty bottles, or any unused portion of your 90-day supply to:

  5. Receiving Your “Honest Try” Check for USD $100
    1. Once we receive your package and review your records for compliance, if you’ve met all the conditions, we’ll mail you a check for $100.
      • If, though, after 90 days, we feel you’ve met most of the qualifications and honestly given our product a try, but you have not met all the conditions, we’ll still give you a goodwill check for $10.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Failing to meet any of these terms and conditions disqualifies you for the USD $100 offer.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • If you fail to meet any of the above qualifications, we reserve the right to disqualify you from the Honest Try program and any possible benefit thereof.
  • Any claims received more than ninety-seven (97) days after the date the supplements were delivered will not be accepted.
  • This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or disease.
